Treasure hunting is a popular activity among people (of all levels and genders). They do it on their own quite rarely and mostly find only moles and bottles, however, under the strict guidance of God, the hero can dig up to a hectare of fertile soil in a day to the delight of the peasants, having dug up more than one chest with treasure. The fruits of labor - in the process of treasure hunting you can find very, very many useful things. Options include: gold sand - from rivers (converted into a certain amount of gold) chest with a thousand coins, golden dagger, healing roots equipment a trophy, and if you’re lucky, it’s also fatty or medicinal moles, skulls and other cute little things 220 volt cable leading, apparently, to the Server Cave the den of an angry bear, if several heroes are looking for treasure at once (excavations are carried out in a special topic) break the floor in the elf hill. Difficulties - do not assume that the digger, having heard the command from heaven, will immediately rush to dig the earth with enthusiasm. It should also be remembered that the hero is not always capable of digging - for example, he will not rush to look for treasure, forgetting about the monster beating him. For some reason, heroes refuse to dig up treasures while in the city - apparently, the guards closely monitor that the adventurers do not steal the riches buried there. The hero will not dig up the treasure in the merchant's shop either - perhaps the buyers of trophies prudently fenced off their treasuries and underground shelters from annoying treasure hunters. The heroes do not look for treasures in any hospitals - apparently, they do not even suspect about the unlimited (almost) reserves of green stuff stored in the cellars of hospitals. But the heroes willingly dig the ground by divine command in between fights, when leaving the city in the direction of the place where the task is being carried out and vice versa - when returning to the city to lick their wounds or notify the quest giver about the successful completion of the task. Treasure - money or valuables buried in the ground or hidden in another way, the owner of which has disappeared and cannot be found, or has lost the right to them. All over the world they fight against "black diggers", but among them there are ordinary "tourists" for whom this is just a hobby... Basically, you are allowed to use a metal detector in your own yard :), as well as in other places if... you confirm your lost thing, i.e. "here, I'm looking for my car keys, yesterday we were walking somewhere here and lost them" :)... These are the different rules and laws... According to the laws of the Russian Federation, the discovered treasure is divided equally between the finder and the owner of the land (building, structure) where it was found. However, the treasure hunter and the owner of the land can agree in advance on other proportions for dividing the treasure. If the treasure hunter has not received the consent of the owner of the land (building), where the treasure was subsequently discovered, then the treasure is completely transferred to the owner of the land (building). In cases where the items contained in the treasure are of artistic value, they are transferred to the state. The state pays a reward for them in the amount of half the value of the treasure found. This amount is divided between the treasure hunter and the owner of the land (building) as described above. People hired to search for treasure, as well as those for whom treasure hunting is part of their professional duties (for example, archaeologists), are not treasure hunters and cannot lay claim to the treasure. According to British law, the discovered treasure belongs to the state; the finder is obliged to report the treasure to government agencies within 14 days, and failure to report it entails criminal liability. The state can pay monetary compensation determined by independent experts (usually equally between the treasure hunter and the land owner), or return the treasure to the treasure hunter. In the USA, treasure laws vary greatly between states. In most states, treasure found on private land usually belongs to the finder; In other states (such as Idaho and Tennessee), the treasure always belongs to the owner of the land; and in Louisiana, the treasure is divided equally between the treasure hunter and the landowner. Treasure that is more than a century old and found on federal land is considered archaeological value and belongs to the federal authorities. In some European countries, the sale of metal detectors is prohibited, and in some countries of the former USSR (Lithuania, Moldova, Ukraine), it is prohibited to use metal detectors in the organization of scientific and archaeological research without special permission.
